As for shit like finest sushi in the world joints, best I can recommend is dressy/casual.

Goddamn it, now I have to think about this. I'm relying on infraredelf to pin down a sushi joint, because I don't know whats up with that stuff. She has a good place in mind, though. How dressy is it? No clue.
