*Googles Anacortes*

Looks like it only leaves twice per day - might want to see how far in advance you need to get there to get on it. Mike and I ran into that problem taking the Coho Ferry from Victoria to Port Angeles on the Olympic peninsula - we thought being there a couple hours in advance would've been good enough, but we really should've been there about 4 hours in advance.

The ferry from Vancouver, or more accurately Tsawwassen, isn't too bad when it doesn't break down (happened the last time we went up but we were told they're usually reliable). They also run more frequently, especially in the summer, so if you were to miss the Anacortes one, that'd still be an option for getting to the island.

Okay, Yokohama just plain sucked. Apparently it used to be really good but in the past few years just declined in quality. The food was about on par with stuff you can get for about $5 from a food vendor cart on the street, but was a lot more expensive than that. The place looked like it could use a good cleaning, too. Not worth going at all.
