I took some common green wasabi paste (not real wasabi, even) and stuck an arbitrary amount into a bottle of vodka, then shook it up and let it sit for a few hours.
The vodka got pretty green, but you could barely even taste it.
Now I have a horseradish/true wasabi blend, and I figure I should actually let it sit for a week. And maybe actually read up on how much to use.
