UPDATE: My attempt last night to test lactose intolerance went through, and I feel fine. The only mark from the hospital stay is the sore red dot I ate through. And the doctor I met at the hospital has tried to set me up to get a camera up my ass tomorrow without, I don't know, checking first with me?

I would puke, but my stomach hurt too much from laughing at the cameras up your ass potential :) Seriously, good luck, problems like this are never fun. Went through it last year with a friend in the hospital.
