All the comments are on White Castle, not jury duty. Understandable. I was buying FROZEN White Castle hamburgers for BC once in a while here, until he was unable/unwilling to eat wheat. They were a shadow of the steamed glory of the real thing. The chocolate shakes are the best, we would go through the drive through for the shakes alone. Incomparable.

I've filled out a form for jury duty and will be on call for a year. Hopefully just for one trial. I didn't mind jury duty when I got paid anyway, it was a change of pace, and twice I was forewoman and the judge was surprised at how quick we got back with a decision, (just listen to each person and find a compromise all can live with) but here it's going to be a 55 mile commute and tying up the car to go. Luckily, BC works only 3 miles away, and there's a walking/snowmobile/bike path most of the way.
