Nope, Continental. My fourth flight on them in a week and a half, none were this punchy.

Continental's been funny lately. On my short flights to Cleveland and Greensboro, I keep getting this Colombian woman who has the best shtick:

"And I will remind you that while there are over fifty ways to leave a lover, there are only two ways to exit this aircraft, unless you get.. creative."

Yeah, when I flew to Halifax there was always one who would say, "If you press the little button with the picture of the light bulb on it, you will turn on the light. HOWEVER... if you press the little button with the picture of the flight attendant on it, you will NOT turn on the flight attendant."

Did you happen to notice how many people were in the cab of the one you did take? If there were more than one, you had one of my classmates (at least 3 of us were doing the airport line tonight)

Saw one with two people up front, so it probably was a classmate of yours.

I can't remember what airline it was, but the last time I flew we got:
"should this flight become a cruise, your seat cushions are flotation devices"
"In the event of a sudden change in cabin pressure, oxygen masks will drop down in front of you. Immediately stop screaming and place the mask over your nose and mouth."
"phew! we made it!" [upon landing]
"Please do not leave any personal belongings on board, unless they are valuable or can be split three ways"

There were lots more that I don't remember. It definitely made the flight less scary for me.
